We are demanding police-free campuses nationwide.
Using coordinated and targeted digital actions, we will call on all colleges and universities to immediately cut ties with the police in the interest of public safety and the movement for Black liberation. We will also collectively envision a future without police by amplifying campus-specific calls for the ways in which students wish to see police budgets reallocated to other resources on their campuses.
This toolkit is intended to help students create targeted letter-writing campaigns to call on their respective institutions to cut ties with police, envision a future without police presence on campus, and use public records requests to better understand their school’s relationship with the police.
