The move to kick cops off campuses across the nation is already underway. Our network call will begin by highlighting campuses that already have successful campaigns in the works. We will pivot to open discussion where students can support one another by sharing useful tactics and troubleshoot possible challenges. UnKoch’s national organizing staff will facilitate discussion and offer feedback as needed. The call will close with a review of our collective needs and next steps.
This network call is designed to fit the needs of students launching brand new campaigns and those escalating ongoing ones! These calls are a monthly event intended to bring students together on an ongoing basis to skill-share and strategize together.

UnKoch My Campus helps students and faculty launch campaigns to divest from on-campus programs funded by the Charles Koch Foundation. For over 5 years UnKoch has witnessed numerous campaign wins. The Charles Koch Foundation regularly donates to college campuses to hire new faculty, establish new programs, and create research centers on campus that are dedicated to furthering White Supremacy and legitimizing free-market approaches to public policy that have halted action on climate change, put hundreds of thousands of people in prison, and stripped rights and wages from workers globally.
Our organization's primary target, the Koch network, has been instrumental in passing harmful policing policies throughout the country, including mandatory minimums, “three strikes” laws, laws allowing juveniles to be tried as adults, and stand your ground laws. We firmly believe that kicking police off of campus is one way to successfully "UnKoch" a campus!
